The formal stuff — kept short and honest. HurryGolf.com is a comparison site. We never take payment and we are not a party to any booking.
Terms of Use
1. About HurryGolf.com
HurryGolf.com ("HurryGolf", "we", "us") operates an online comparison service that lists golf travel packages, greenfees and courses across Europe. When you click "Book with…" or "View offer" you are forwarded to a third-party tour operator, resort or course. The booking, payment, contract and delivery of the service are strictly between you and that third party.
2. No booking, no payment
HurryGolf never processes payments and never issues booking confirmations, tickets or vouchers. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or reseller. Prices, availability, inclusions, cancellation policies and terms shown on HurryGolf are indicative and provided by third parties; the operator's own website is always the source of truth at the moment of booking.
3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep listings, prices and course information accurate, but golf packages change often. We do not guarantee that any price, availability or inclusion shown on HurryGolf is current or error-free. Always verify the final offer on the operator's site before paying.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your travel documents (passport, visa, insurance), tee-time requirements and any health or handicap requirements match the trip you book. Flight times shown on HurryGolf are estimates based on great-circle distance, intended for planning only.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HurryGolf is not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from a booking made with a third party found via our site, including cancellations, schedule changes, quality of accommodation or course conditions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of HurryGolf after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you use HurryGolf we collect the minimum needed to operate the service: your language, currency and departure airport preference (stored locally in your browser), and — if you submit a form (partner request, contact, press or newsletter) — the details you type into that form.
2. Why we collect it
Preferences are stored locally so the site remembers your setup between visits. Form submissions are used only to reply to your request or to send the newsletter you subscribed to.
3. Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our team by our email-forwarding provider (FormSubmit). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with tour operators. When you click through to an operator, that operator's own privacy policy applies to anything you do on their site.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have shared with us via the contact form on the site. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
5. Retention
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or run the newsletter. Local preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.
